Clear Condition. Clear Support.
At SatRadios, we do more than sell refurbished car stereos—we carefully restore and test them. FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does refurbished mean?
A refurbished item may be previously owned, open-box, inspected, cleaned, tested, repaired, or prepared for resale. It may show cosmetic wear or use replacement packaging. The product page controls the advertised condition and included components.
Are these stereos compatible with SiriusXM?
Some receivers are SiriusXM-ready or SiriusXM-compatible. Check the product page for the specific model. A compatible tuner, antenna, wiring, installation parts, professional installation, and a paid subscription may be required.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Return eligibility, shipping responsibility, inspection, and refund conditions apply. Contact us before sending any product back.
Do you offer installation support?
We provide general product and compatibility guidance, but we do not provide installation services. Vehicle fitment and required wiring or adapters can vary, so professional installation is recommended.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry car-audio products from established third-party manufacturers such as Pioneer and Kenwood, with additional brands depending on current inventory. Brand names are used for product identification only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Standard delivery normally takes approximately 3–8 business days after shipment. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.
